Forest Trails is a community of 400 homes and lots located on the west side of Prescott just one mile north of Thumb Butte at the edge of the Prescott National Forest. Residents enjoy panoramic views of Thumb Butte, Granite Mountain, the Bradshaws and downtown Prescott. While Forest Trails has seen many changes since January 1985 when the first residents moved in, it has held onto the philosophy that we should maintain and preserve the natural beauty of the Forest Trails land for the benefit of all its residents.
